Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Time Frame for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Process for Returning Items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@trustcity.xyz. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
